Privacy Policy

Summary: we collect the minimum needed to run the tools and take payments. We don't sell your data, we don't publish what you type, and tool inputs are not used to train AI models.

What we collect

  • Tool inputs and outputs - sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, via OpenRouter) to generate your result. We do not store your inputs. A generated result is kept for at most 1 hour so you can email it to yourself, then deleted. Job Autopilot stores your uploaded CV, preferences and matches until you delete them from the dashboard.
  • Email address - when you buy a pass, join a waitlist or sign in.
  • Payment records - order amount, product, status and provider reference. Card/UPI details are handled by Dodo Payments and never reach our servers.
  • Usage analytics - pages viewed, tools used, approximate country, device type, referrer and campaign tags, linked to a random visitor ID cookie. IP addresses are stored only as a keyed one-way hash for abuse prevention. Your approximate country (used to show prices in your currency) comes from Cloudflare or from IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Why

To provide the tools, deliver what you paid for, prevent abuse, send transactional emails (receipts, sign-in links) and improve our products. If you join a waitlist we email you about that product; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Processors

Anthropic and OpenRouter (AI), Dodo Payments (payments), Resend (email), Hetzner (hosting), Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (network). They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the product is discontinued.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR and similar laws you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email support@referask.griffintaur.com. We respond within 30 days.
